I really love the pole dance, exotic pole dance and stretching classes at Golden One Dance House. One of the best dance studios in Riga, with professional trainers and an inspiring atmosphere. I regularly attend Pole Tricks with Nikolajs, Exotic Dance with Jūlija and stretching with physiotherapist Inna. This combined training has improved my strength, plasticity and flexibility. I definitely recommend this studio to anyone who wants to develop their body and movement quality.
After the acrobatics class I was left with a great impression. I searched for a long time for a place with a professional trainer and a pleasant atmosphere, and I finally found it.
